What is the capacity and duration? The BeerBike tour lasts 50–60 minutes and accommodates between 6 to 16 people.
What about drinks? Drinks (beer, wine, sangria, soft drinks) are unlimited during the tour. You can bring your own drinks if preferred, though it’s generally not necessary.
How do I book? A deposit is required to secure your booking.
What is the cancellation policy? You can receive a full refund if you cancel 72 hours before the start time. A maximum delay of 25 minutes is tolerated.

What is the capacity and duration? The BeerBus tour is longer, lasting 1 hour 30 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes, and is ideal for groups of 10 to 24 people.
What about drinks? The standard tour includes 3 drinks (beer, wine, soft drinks). Additional drinks are available for purchase on board. You can bring your own drinks with an €80 corkage fee.
How do I book? A 100% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.
What is the cancellation policy? A full refund is granted for cancellations made 72 hours in advance. The maximum delay tolerance is 20 minutes. Smoking and eating are not allowed inside the bus.

Where can I find the shop? Access our shop directly through the main BeerExperienceLisbon website.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept payments via PayPal, IBAN transfer, and major credit or debit cards.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we offer both national and international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
What is the exchange and refund policy? Exchanges can only be requested at the moment of delivery of the product. Similarly, any request for a refund must be initiated at the moment you receive your order if you are not satisfied with the product.
How long until I receive my order? Processing typically takes 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout, depending on your selected shipping method and location.
